This package is for the couple who’s done all the planning and just needs someone to take the reins on the big day. We come in shortly before your wedding to review the essentials and then manage every detail from setup to send-off—keeping everything on track so you can be fully present and stress-free.

Final planning begins 3 weeks prior to your wedding date.

* Conducted via phone or Zoom

* Includes review of logistics, vendor details, and your overall wedding vision.

Up to 8 consecutive hours of onsite coordination on the wedding day.
1 professional coordinator to manage all aspects of the event.
Serve as the main point of contact for vendors on the wedding day.
Oversee setup and placement of all decor - we will set up items provided by the couple and supervise the placement of rented items by vendors.
Manage the flow of the ceremony and reception, keeping the day on schedule and ensuring a smooth transition between events.
Address any day-of concerns and manage vendor communication to keep everything running smoothly.
Ensure proper wrap-up and breakdown of personal items and decor at the end of event.
Assistant may need to be added on depending on the venue, guest count over 100 and/or the amount of setup involved.
